Order Cancellation and Return

Dear Customer,

If you wish to cancel an order or return a purchased item, please refer to the following guidelines:

  1. Cancellation Before Shipment
    If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service team at service@denimstyles.com as soon as possible. We will promptly assist you with the cancellation. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order will incur a $1.5 order processing fee.

  2. Cancellation After Shipment
    If your order has already been shipped, immediate cancellation and refund are not possible. Please email us at service@denimstyles.com. We will provide tracking information and help you monitor the package status. Once you receive the item, you may return it to us (see below), after which we will arrange your refund.

  3. Returns After Receiving the Item
    We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery, except for Final Sale items and Underwear. To initiate a return, please contact service@denimstyles.com. Our dedicated team will guide you through the return and refund process.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
    Please note that for returns not due to our error, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
    Exceptions: If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, damaged product, or item not as described), we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a free replacement or refund.

  4. Return Address
    To obtain the return address, please email service@denimstyles.com. We will provide the most suitable return address based on your location for easy return shipment.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

If you have not received your refund after approval, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, please contact us at service@denimstyles.com.
