Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

1. Processing Time
We require up to 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) to process and prepare your order for shipment. Processing time for specific items is listed on each product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Time & Fees
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.
*Total Timeline: Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within 14-21 business days from the date of purchase.*

Standard Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination. Estimated shipping fees by weight (US orders):

• 0–0.35 kg: US$6.99

• 0.35–0.45 kg: US$8.99

• 0.45–0.7 kg: US$10.99

• 0.7–1 kg: US$12.99

• 1–1.3 kg: US$15.99

• 1.3–1.5 kg: US$17.99

• 1.5–1.7 kg: US$19.99

• 1.7–2 kg: US$23.99

• 2–2.5 kg: US$27.99

• Over 2.5 kg: US$33.99
  Free shipping in the US for orders over $129.

3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Our logistics partner is 4PX EXPRESS. You can track your order directly on their site: Track Your Order via 4PX.

4. What If My Order Is Delayed?
If your order seems delayed, please contact us first at service@denimstyles.com. We can instantly check your tracking status and resolve most issues directly. Starting a formal dispute (e.g., with Klarna) before contacting us will trigger a lengthy process that can significantly delay resolution. Emailing us is the fastest way to get help.

5. Note for Taxes & Duties
For most countries, customers do not need to pay import fees, duties, or VAT. However, for some countries (including certain European countries such as Germany, Italy, the UK, and Canada, etc.), local levying rules may require payment of these charges upon import.

6. International Shipping
We offer international shipping worldwide. Economy shipping typically takes 7 to 30 business days. Faster delivery options take 2 to 5 business days after an additional 3-5 business days of processing.
